Our pelvic floor classes are small group sessions (max 6 per class) with bespoke modifications as requred. It is a class focussed on building core and pelvic floor strength in a functional way, as well as general conditioning.

A great find and definitely life changing- I had been wanting to gain more control of my core and pelvic floor for a long time but had not found the right approach. In Claire's capable hands sessions are very well paced and activities are carefully graded for each person. It's amazing to feel actual change happening not just physically but mentally too - I feel years younger thank you!
I've been enjoying Claire's classes regularly since last Summer. she's always interested in her client's health and happy to chat through any problems. I've definitely improved my core strength since taking part in this programme
I have just finished the course and it was really interesting as well as physically helpful. Claire is very good at personalising the class to each individual. I also went to a workshop for c section recovery and that was really beneficial as she explained everything so well. I hope to go back to other classes.
After a few years of struggling with my pelvic floor strength, I finally decided to do something about it. I did Spring Physio's 'Every Women' 6 week course and the results were amazing! I now do a weekly course to keep my motivation going. Claire taylor's to exercises to suit your level and makes it enjoyable. Would definately recommend
I have been attending Claire's exercise classes since January and I have already had good results. Her excellent knowledge is immediately apparent and she will adapt her exercises to ensure that individual needs are met.
