We offer a specialist scar therapy service. Claire has extensive surgery working in plastic surgery and can treat complex scars arising from elective surgery or trauma. We are delighted to now offer the lymphatouch machine as part of your scar treatment. This machine is an excellent adjunct to other scar management options.
The lymphatouch machine uses negative pressure (creates a vacuum) which lifts the tissue under the cup. This helps to mobilise and soften scar tissue, improve scar aesthetics, aid joint mobility and promote tissue elasticity.
At your initial scar therapy appointment Claire will assess your scar and provide a detailed plan to improve both the aesthetics and muscle function around your scar.
