SPRING CORE CLASSES
FOR EFFECTIVE PELVIC FLOOR & CORE RECOVERY
This is a class that is focussed on building core strength in functional movement. It is aimed at those who:
- Have attended the everywoman programme and want to safely progress to the next level of core fitness and strength.
- Are looking for a low impact conditioning class
- Are keen to start exercising but have pre existing conditions that make them concerned about attending a regular fitness class.
- Want the reassurance of exercising under the guidance of a Chartered Physiotherapist.
